If you can get the &quot;file&quot; function to work on your BB you can perform some triage.  I use this and a program in Outlook that I just fell completely in love with called Taglocity to tag everything.  I then archive or hold it based on the GTD/Trusted trio method I found on Lifehacker.  Hope that helps.
