Deep Market Thoughts…Congrats Fannie (FNM) and Freddie (FRE) Shorts…WOW!

Dave Nathanson, a reader of this blog, sent me this quote yesterday – a beauty:

I don’t hear Georgey Jr. or Paulson talking tough like Andrew Jackson and to be honest, it would be nice at this point to hear someone with authority a little bit pissed. we sure got pissed – rightly so – at Martha Stewart for being American and Greedy.

If you go back over Paulson’s discussion of events as I linked to in previous posts from NY Times articles, Bush just is calling this shit in. He could give two shits. How about some fucking leadership and just a ‘hey biitches, we saved you but I like a good witchhunt as much as the next guy and we are coming to root your bank accounts OUT!’

We suck and it’s not enough that Andrew Jackson points out that this has been going on in the banking system forever, it’s just that this time, we have no spit, piss and vinegar coming from any of our leaders.

Way too apathetic for a small investor like me to swallow without some asshats going to prison tomorrow.

Shameful day for American Capitalism.
