Deep Market Thoughts…Nickels and Dimes with Coinstar (CSTR)… and Crackberry (RIMM) on Wallstrip

I was in meetings all day so did not do anything except get stopped out of my China short (FXP).
What I have done the last few days is nothing to add value to my portfolio. I am out of Google and Apple, which both rocketed today and my gold and silver adds have done squat.
Today was all tech and financials and the technicians are wildly optimistic. Too bad they missed the first 1,400 Dow points of this rally being bearish.
I am looking at re-adding Coinstar (CSTR) to my portfolio (I owned it and lost on the last breakout ) and adding to my depleted Interactive Brokers which I sold most of in the recent market meltdown. I consider Coinstar and Interactive Brokers financial stocks. I love Coinstar. Here is our Wallstrip on the company:
Here is Diggnation on how to HACK a Coinstar machine:
It’s amazing to see Goldman at $200, shitting on the bears and shortsellers. Can’t say I did not tell you to buy below $150 as I did. My American Express is rocking and I wish I had bought more for me and the kids in the low 40′s. It’s also one I was blogging and twittering for you a month ago. Dealbook had an article speculating on A Warren buffet acquisition. It makes sense and could easily fetch $80 plus. Visa and Mastercard continue to rock. Stick with the leaders although I have been a net seller up here. You buy the great financial brands when they are in the toilet not screaming higher.
In technology – RIMM and Apple are still below their all-time highs despite rocking and I am watching the price action closely as they reapproach all-time highs. Today on Wallstrip, we take another look at RIMM . What a homerun it has been and next to Apple, the most Wallstripped stock.
We need another Blackberry race:
