The people who are down on YT don't use YT and so they have no idea what keeps it going. They think it's all about the pirated clips but that's just the seasoning to attract new people. The meat is the real stuff that people share.

It's ridiculous that this is being fought out in courts rather than the marketplace but I guess that's the way people are - greedy and shortsighted. I desperately hope Viacom are dealt the smackdown the deserve - not least to see how Idiot Cuban tries to talk his way out of it.
