Lactose Intolerant, but Open to Profitable Milk Trade!

I love milk. It kills me (actually my family :) ), but I love it. Skim milk is like drinking vomit, so I am a 2 percent guy.
I have a weakness for cereal and milk shakes. Lattes are easy to give up despite the supposed caffeine addiction issues.
So, what’s with this ‘Kefir ‘ dairy products from Lifeway (LWAY). The stock is on fire . Is it the Jones Soda of Milk?
Anyone using this stuff?
