Loopnet (LOOP)…Roundtrips Happen!

Now I now why they call it LOOPnet :) .
I never lightened up on my Loopnet. Loved it from $18-$26 and it’s back as a teenager. Happens.
Still love it and added some more the last few days.
I think baby was thrown out with bathwater. Their game is inventory and the worse the market, the more the invesntory so it has been discarded. I just think it means that Loopnet becomes more popular as people search for commercial space and landlords know they have to list their properties in more places. Simple thesis, but I am sticking to it.
