Optimist Lindzon says…Western Union (WU) Keeps on Wiring

Shipping stuff costs a lot more money than wiring things and as Federal Express suffers, Western Union (WU) is busting out. The price may be ‘telegraphing’ (no pun intended) more strength ahead.

We covered Western Union (founded in 1851) on Wallstrip and I recommended keeping an eye on the Wallstrip worthy IPO, but not buying it until it showed real strength. Now I am buying. Also a great trip back in time to a funny Wallstrip:

‘You must have some pretty big pants to fit all that growth’ – pretty damn good stuff

They are now going to be an addition to my portfolio and maybe my kids after busting through to an all-time high. Eric at Blackstar brought it to my attention as a stock they are scaling up buys as well.

He also mentioned AFAM , which I will be checking out as well and adding to the Wallstrip production list.

Got to do a show of people walking in downtown Toronto as everyone has their own Blackberry style.

It’s not all shitty out there.
