uh … good point HL … but major inside buying, everyone (and their grandmother) knows housing sucks, is getting worse, home prices will decline, housing armageddon is upon us … probably your shoe shine boy is short some homey stocks along with the kids he smokes dope with . They’re based nextdoor to you in Scottsdale .. I think its good here. I’m not in it yet but.. maybe soon. fer a trade. wth
