I was very sure and bullish - well documented - that they should be bought for North of $1 billion and if I was in charge of a media company - I would have been pushing for it. EGO issues mainly. That is one of their biggest mistakes that they need to fix. One of the high profile Youtubers posted a hilarious video where he lauded this "historic day" - Chad and Steve actually posted a video. Oh yeah, and there was some story about Google that probably isn't as important. And Tom, that whole "copyright" argument is FUD bullshit put about by competitors. YouTube is gimmicky alright but I wonder what happens when the lawsuits come for all the copyrighted material on YouTube. Will Google pull all those clips? What's left? Junk like this?
