TechCrunch Hits New Lows – Editing My Comments
Duncan has now found my email (not hard by the way). Here is his latest to me (I have told him to lose my email that was so difficult to find):
I never had your email before you decided to try and Slander me, and trust me, I’ll never have cause to write about you again, you got lucky on this one, you won’t be so lucky in the various legal issues you are still facing.
Unless Dunan is suing me, I have no legal issues.
Duncan has written a few pissy posts now about Wallstrip with few facts. He knows my email and never bothered to ask any questions. Basically, he is full of shit.
Now, TechCunch is deleting comments…ones with no swearing…actually my rebuttals to their silly, childish Wallstrip opinion piece that was full of errors.
Here is my second comment (note – I did not save my first comment because I never expected it to get deleted).
MIKE,
As I mentioned before to Duncan, He knows that I am the founder and creator of Wallstrip AND an investor.
As for your mixed review nonsense, just because Duncan dislikes me and the show does not count for mixed reviews. Business Week and New York Times and ABC News gave us rave reviews and we were constantly featured on YouTube. CBS Likes us too.
Also – We don’t own Lindsay, she worked on commercials, theater and Sopranos’s and if CBS wanted her only, they would have signed her only.
I will keep posting this if you keep deleting it.
UPDATE – They have banned me from the comments
Maybe they are upset because we did not need to get TechCrunched to get noticed.
No one needs to get TechCrunched. Business Week and New York Times have INFLUENCE and that is what matters. Om Malik is well resepcted as a journalist and silicon valley veteran. Much more imprtant to have Om cover you as he has INFLUENCE. Influence means that decision makers, not just users, read your blog and make decisions based on it. Michael does not have that and Duncan is just a putz. Ask the people at his old employer – B5Media.
Lot’s of people read TechCrunch, but INFLUENCE gets you really noticed.
PS – Others have noticed the same thing re comment deletion. Trader Mike and Mark Seremet to name a few.
