Last week I thought that Yahoo and Ebay should be nibbled. I added some more yesterday. In a tough market like this, I am seeing rotation. These stocks have been annihalated already. That rotation – in my opinion – is pretty much done – barring major outside events.

These are just fanstastic companies and on relative sale.

Don’t get me wrong though, I will change my mind fast if they continue to have trouble executing.

I am looking at healthcare as well and particularly the Rydex health Care Fund – RYHIX. I may start nibbling soon.

I think the next bull market has healthcare written all over it.
