Yahoo Vision 2.0…Bring It!

Here is YahooVision 1.0 in March 2000. Oy. I am not one to joke as I wired money to CarsDirect the same month (stupidvision 1.0 for me).

Today there is YahooVision 2.0…TechTicker. It will be better of course. Launch date is January. It’s Yahoo so maybe June :) .

Barry says we need to be careful over at Wallstrip…they are gunning for me . Shit…I need to be careful peeing at my age :) .

I don’t have an opinion yet other than if it’s good, I will watch it.

I am friends with Henry Blodget and an early fan of Alley Insider and his tech insights. From what I know of Paul Kedrosky from his blog and his appearance on Wallstrip , he is funny and smart and prolific. He has great hair which initially put me at odds with him, but I am over that.

I also know from experience that making video is hard and the announcements are easy. They are going to do 10 to 20 videos a day to which I say…better them than me.

Having a big audience to start is good and bad. If the shows are great, awesome, if not, no place to hide.

I hope it is a raging, awesome success. Stay tuned for June 2008…I mean January :) .
