In fact, it looks like Akamai provides CDN services for att.com. Akamai is able to place servers in many different networks. Will AT&T be allowed to do this? If not, how would AT&T's CDN work for those in non-AT&T networks? Seems like there might be significant performance issues when compared to Akamai.
