Japan – While You Were Sleeping

Japan caved 4 percent last night.

Things are shaping up pretty well for either a meltdown here or a big rally this week. I will be tuned in from a bus tomorrow on my way to Montreal to lace the up for “Le Tour’. Keep your market activity live for me on Twitter if you could all be so kind.

Maybe we can make a few bucks from the road.

Today I am heading down to my office to meet some local entrepreneurs and review some deals with my partners. It is freaking cold outside all of a sudden.

We need another couple of days of bloodletting to get all the last stalwarts to sell and then I think it might be out of the system for a while. I've been keeping some powder dry (but not as much as you, maestro!) and it will be nice to start to tip toe back in.

Dow futures were down 500 at around 7 a.m. eastern time... now down only 350 points.

I have this gut feeling we will see a huge down day next week.....500-600 or more points and that will mark the bottom for a few months primarily from its technical significance
