backdatings been over since 2002 what’s your point going after executives seven years later .the restatements cost the companies less than the legal fees oh yeah that’s the point..the lawyers need
villians and bloggers and media need
scandals. The stockholder pays in the end I’d rather it went to a greedy ceo who made me money than a greedy parasitic lawyer who takes my money..
I won’t even get started on his point of shareholder trust..long apple short
