The good news is that TOPS DO NOT occur on retail news events like Barry is organizing for you .
BUT, the average investor should not get excited by today’s huge upside move either.
Sure Cisco did not blow up and Qualcomm (Long) hit another major high and Biotech (long) continues to roll and there really is some dispersed strength.
You just need to focus on treading water until the wind is truly behind your back. We are not even close to that. And if we are, waiting a few months for the volatility to subside won’t kill you.
